AI Outputs and Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using them. Do not rely on outputs as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.

Payments, Tokens, and Refunds

• Paid plans and token purchases are billed through our payment processor.
• Tokens are consumed when using tools and models, based on usage.
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable billing terms and local law.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including the website, branding, and software, are owned by Rewind.ai or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Services except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services and users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
