Agreement to Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Tactical Boar Inc., a Virginia corporation with its address at 1001 N Randolph St, 204, Arlington, VA 22201, USA (“Rewind.ai”, “we”, “us”), which operates the Rewind.ai website and services.

By accessing or using our website, AI tools, and API (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Purchases may be made only by adults or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services.
• Do not upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data or accounts.
• Do not harass, threaten or dox anyone.
• Do not use the Services for fraud or scams, or to impersonate another person or organization.
• Do not try to bypass or disable our safety filters.
• Do not create multiple accounts to get more of the free daily allowance.
• Do not access the Services with scripts or bots other than through our API.

You must not use the Services to create, upload, or share:

• sexually explicit or adult content;
• deepfakes or face swaps of a real person made without their consent, or images, video, or audio that impersonate a real person in a deceptive or misleading way;
• voice clones of real people made without their consent or used to deceive or mislead;
• content that uses a real person’s name, face, voice, or likeness without their explicit consent;
• content that depicts minors in any sexual or harmful context.

We may remove such content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

AI Outputs and Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using them. Do not rely on outputs as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.

Your inputs and the outputs generated for you belong to you to the extent permitted by law. You grant us the right to process them as needed to operate the Services. Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users. Commercial use of an output is subject to the license of the model that produced it.

Payments, Tokens and Refunds

Payments are processed by our payment processor. Tactical Boar Inc. is the seller of all subscriptions and token packs; for billing questions, refunds and cancellations, email support@rewind.ai.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. To cancel, email support@rewind.ai from the email address of your account before the next renewal date; the Request cancellation button at the bottom of the Billing tab of your account opens that email for you. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again.

Token packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Tokens included in a subscription are available until the end of the paid period. The free daily allowance is 2,500 tokens without an account and 5,000 with a free account, renewed at 00:00 UTC; we may change it. Tokens are credits for using the Services: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. If we suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms, its unused tokens are forfeited without refund.

When you create an account, you receive a one-time bonus of 10,000 tokens. The bonus is given once per person, does not expire with the daily allowance and, like other tokens, has no cash value.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including the website, branding and software, are owned by Rewind.ai or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Services except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

Most AI models in the Services are run by external providers, such as OpenRouter, OpenAI and Google. When you use such a model, your request and files are sent to that provider and are processed under its terms. The licenses of some models restrict commercial use of their outputs.

Reporting Content

To report content that infringes your copyright, a deepfake of you, or an intimate image shared without consent, email support@rewind.ai with a link to or description of the content. We remove intimate images published without consent within 48 hours of a valid request, as the TAKE IT DOWN Act requires.

A copyright complaint must include: the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; where the content is on the Services, such as its URL; your name, postal address, phone number and email address; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed after a copyright complaint and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to support@rewind.ai. It must include: the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located; and your physical or electronic signature. We restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notice, unless the person who filed the complaint tells us within that time that they have filed a court action.

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services and users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Rewind.ai is an independent interface to third-party and open-source AI models and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or other model providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewind.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tactical Boar Inc. and its officers and employees from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to the address of your account or by a notice on the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Before bringing a claim, you agree to email support@rewind.ai with a description of the dispute and to give us 30 days to resolve it informally. If it is not resolved, the state courts located in Arlington County, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business or assets.
