Refund Policy

Rewind.ai is operated by Tactical Boar Inc., the seller of all subscriptions and token packs. Payments are processed by Square, our payment processor; refunds and billing questions are handled by us at [email protected].

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, email [email protected] from the email address of your account before the next renewal date. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Token packs

One-time token packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the tokens have not been used. Partially used packs are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase and your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; how soon they appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
