AI Slow Motion
Set a speed multiplier for your clip. 0.5 halves the speed and doubles the duration; 2.0 doubles the speed and halves it. Audio pitch is kept stable (atempo filter, not asetrate). There is no frame interpolation: values below 0.5 on low-fps footage will look choppy.
Runs setpts + atempo in ffmpeg-static. No native deps required.
